Hello, I'm Oana!
For more than 20 years, caregiving has been more than a profession—it's been a calling rooted in compassion, patience, and a genuine love for helping others.
Oana was born and raised in Bucharest, Romania, and moved to the United States in 2003 with her husband and young son to build a better future for their family.
Her caregiving journey began in 2004, when a friend recognized her patience, empathy, and natural connection with older adults. Over the past 20 years, Oana has continued to build her care around dignity, respect, compassion, and peace of mind for families.
As an adult care home provider and RCF/ALF Administrator, Oana works hard to create a safe, warm, and engaging home. She offers meaningful daily activities, including music therapy, pet therapy, exercise, games, coloring, crochet, and embroidery.
Oana wants families to see her as a trustworthy and dependable provider who cares for each resident with empathy and dedication. Her goal is for residents to feel valued, families to feel reassured, and staff to feel supported.

Our goal is simple: to provide families with peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are living in a safe, respectful, and nurturing home where they are treated like family. Every resident is cared for with patience, compassion, and understanding. We believe that every person deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and supported in living a fulfilling life.
We strive to create meaningful days filled with connection, purpose, and joy. Residents are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities including music therapy, pet therapy, group exercise, bingo, card games, arts and crafts, crochet, embroidery, and social gatherings. Family members are always welcome to join when possible, helping us foster a true sense of community and belonging.
